Volunteers help monitor the Barrow Elementary parking lot before UGA home football games in one-hour shifts. Parking permit holders have already paid for their season spots so no money will be exchanged. Please feel free to sign up for more than one shift!

Barrow PTA is powered by amazing parent and teacher volunteers. Most of our chairs started by volunteering for a single event — and you can too!
- An eSTEAMed Night Out – Organizes our largest arts & STEM silent auction fundraiser each November
- Barrow Boogie – Coordinates the annual 5K and 1-mile fun run for students and community members
- Field Day + DASH – Plans the fall school-wide Field Day and running event
- EA Brown Fund – Supports Barrow families facing financial hardship (rent assistance, utility payments, eyeglasses)
- Football Parking – Coordinates our biggest fundraiser and assists parking patrons
- Hospitality – Organizes Open House and monthly Safe Routes parent coffees
- Safe Routes – Promotes walking, biking, and healthy, eco-friendly ways to get to school
- Fall Festival – Plans the annual fall festival for the school community
- Teacher Appreciation – Coordinates teacher lunches, gifts, and teacher appreciation week
- Sponsorships – Partners with businesses and families to support Barrow PTA
- PTA Executive Board – Guides the PTA and supports all committees
